Your First Visit at Cusp Tooth Co.

Your first visit is all about getting to know you, your goals, and your smile—without judgment or pressure. You’ll get a rewarding, five-star experience from the moment you walk in to the moment you head back out into your day.

Walking In

A Calm Conversation First

Before you ever lean back, you’ll sit with Dr. Magee in a consult room. It feels more like a lounge than an exam space.

Here, you can share:

  • What you like and don’t like about your smile
  • How long it’s been since your last visit
  • Any nerves, past experiences, or worries

Dr. Magee explains what today will include in simple, direct language. She speaks from a place of calm confidence—“I do this all day; you’re going to do great”—so you’re not left guessing.

In the Room

Once you’re settled, we move to the clinical part of the visit. The focus stays on comfort and clarity.

Depending on why you’re here, this may include:

  • A gentle exam
  • X-rays, photos, or digital scans
  • Checking your gums, bite, and existing work

If you’re interested in cosmetic options or Invisalign, we may take a digital 3D scan and run simulations to show what your smile could look like. Seeing it on screen takes some of the unknown out of the decision.

Everything we do is explained before we do it. If something may feel like a pinch or pressure, you’ll hear that in advance so your mind doesn’t have to fill in the blanks.

Check-Out With Peace of Mind

Before you leave, you’ll have time to freshen up. Every room has a lighted mirror so you can check your face, hair, and makeup. A small detail, but one that matters when you’re heading back into your day.

At the front, we:

  • Review costs and how your insurance or financing can help
  • Answer questions about timing and next steps
  • Schedule follow-up visits or start dates that fit your life

You walk out knowing what’s going on with your smile, what your options are, and what happens next. No guessing. No lectures. Just a clear path forward in a place that feels calm and on your side.
